Yesterday we went to the Butterfly Garden to check on our caterpillars. We discovered that a lot of the caterpillars that arrived yesterday were gone from the plant pots.

- A bird was on the big tree next to our garden. Birds are predators for butterflies and caterpillars. (Chloe)

- One caterpillar was out of the plant pot and it was curled up and looked like it was dead. (Evangelina)
